Travelocity Review

Find Really Cheap Airline Tickets at Travelocity

Travelocity scores where it counts: in your pocket. It had the best airline ticket rates of all the sites we checked for a five-day trip to Las Vegas, saving us more than $400 over what we would have spent in airfare at the airline and hotel sites. And unlike most airline ticket or travel websites, it put us on a nonstop flight to Las Vegas.

Travelocity offers an enormous selection of airline tickets, hotels and holiday packages, far greater than that of the other sites. We didn’t have to spend much time to looking for the best bargain airline tickets. Travelocity even flags the cheapest airline tickets using nearby airports (whether you're searching for a flight and hotel package or just a flight), so you have to enter all the alternatives manually. And get ready to scroll through long lists of really cheap airline ticket options; Travelocity’s Matrix display is far more user friendly.

Conveniently, you can buy attraction tickets at the same time you book your airline ticket, but the options are limited mostly to guided tours. Travelocity does let you reserve a specific airline seat. And the site's cruise section was particularly impressive, with extensive ship reviews.
Check out the Travelocity Dream Maps for a great display of all the fights available to and from your chosen destination.
